For Tartan, installation is more than placing a deck. Survey, foundations, ramps, load-cell alignment and commissioning belong to the same sentence — so the scale weighs correctly from day one.
What does installation include?
Before capacity labels, we confirm axle spacing, turning space, daily traffic, soil class and pit vs above-ground mounting. Deck size, tonnage and 24/27/30 cm heights follow the site; steel approach ramps are added when needed.
On install day the steel platform seats on load cells and transfer plates. Junction box, cabling and indicator go live together. Commissioning means repeatable first weighs, level checks and operator handover — not just “it powers on”.
